All graphic designs and site layouts shall
be determined by AVS Creations, unless special designs or layouts are
needed for a specific AVS company and or requested by the consumer.
Flash, swish or other animated type multimedia designs are not
available in our pricing structure.
Even though AVS Creations is
confident in the products and services we provide, we can make no
guarantees on the success of any site created by us.
All designs are custom made and require
time to complete. Turn around times on purchases range from
three to five business days from the date payment has been received or
if you are providing your own content three to five business days from
the date payment and content has been received.
No refunds are available on completed work and any other refunds are
limited based on the following factors; time period the request is
made, whether or not content has been purchased and amount of work
that has been done at the time of service cancellation request.
All refunds given are at AVS Creations discretion and all dollar
amounts shall be determined by AVS Creations.
All content purchased for packages is
licensed to the AVS Creations consumer and may be used accordance with
the content provider's license agreement. |
